An Optimal Random Hybrid Maintenance Policy of Systems under a Warranty with Rebate and Charge

Facilitated by advanced digital technologies, reliability managers can monitor system working cycles during the whole life cycle. Such a technological realization help ensure in real time monitoring cycles. In this paper, incorporating limited random cycle, rebate and charge into warranty theory, free repair with (RFRW-RC) is devised to stage. Under RFRW-RC, removes manufacturers’ responsibility for continuing reliability, while support where manufacturers continue reliability. The cost of RFRW-RC derived, discrete (RDFRW) presented simplifying RFRW-RC. By mixing age replacement last (RARL) classic (CAR), hybrid (RHAR) designed order post-warranty such an RHAR, RARL applied extend stage maximize remaining through warranty, CAR used lower maintenance warranty. rate RHAR modeled, RDFRW offered as well discussing parameter values. decision variable optimized minimizing model. properties models are explored from numerical perspectives.
